Dorothy Madine
Was born in Corbridge, Northumberland, UK and is the youngest one of
three daughters. Dorothy herself has two daughters who have given her
two beautiful grand children that she adores.
Dorothy attended the Shotley Bridge School of Nursing in 1987 and became
a Registered General Nurse in 1990 after completing 3 years of study;
1990-93 attended Gateshead College and gained diplomas in Counselling,
Psychology and also the City and Guilds 730 Teaching and Assessment
Certificate;
1993-95 attended Northumbria University and achieved her Post graduate
Diploma for Total Quality Management;
1996-97 attended Durham University and achieved her Post Graduate
Diploma for Management and Development of Human Resources;
2002-Gained her Employment Law Diploma at the Institute of Legal
Executives;
2004-Became a UK Department of Health NHS Job Evaluation Train the
Trainer;
1987-1995- Dorothy worked as a Registered General Nurse. This included
working as an audit nurse an infection control nurse and managing a team
of Nurses in quality control.
1995-2003- Began working for the Royal College of Nursing as a Regional
Officer. She Advised, represented and negotiated on behalf of the Royal
College of Nursing members.
2003-2006 – worked as a Best Practice Trainer/Facilitator for the
Department of Health NHS Modernisation Agency, introducing Agenda for
Change-a new pay and modernisation system for the NHS.
2006 - Dorothy returned to the Royal College of Nursing as a Job
Evaluation Facilitator and helped facilitate the introduction of their
internal Job Evaluation Scheme.
2008 yılında Ortadoğu e balkanlar tüp bebek merkezinde yabancı hastalar
sorumlu hemşiresi olarak göreve başlamıştır.
